Work your way around the tea tasting wheel to discover flavors and notes in different teas, herbs and botanicals, using your senses to explore, identify and learn the basics of tea mixology and blending.  We will learn the steps of tea blending for flavor with a variety of dry ingredients to sample and taste.  Take home your own custom tea blend creation and lots of ideas for blending.
